Work With Me

Work with an Inland Empire Specialist

Real estate is more than a transaction—it is your next move.

I specialize in helping Inland Empire buyers navigate the process with a clear strategy, local guidance, and dedicated support from search to keys. And if selling is part of your plan, I am here to help you prepare, position, and move forward with confidence and sell quickly for top dollar.

Who I Help

Buying a Home Is Not One-Size-Fits-All

Whether you are buying your first home, moving up for more space, relocating to the Inland Empire, or exploring new construction, your homebuying journey deserves a strategy built around you. I help buyers clarify their goals, understand their options, and navigate every step with confidence—from the first conversation and home search to offer strategy, escrow, and keys.

Thinking About Selling?

While I specialize in helping Inland Empire buyers make confident moves, I also help homeowners sell with a clear plan and thoughtful strategy. From pricing and preparing your home to marketing, evaluating offers, and closing, I will guide you through a sale that supports what comes next.

Buyer Advocate

What It Means to Have a Buyer Advocate

Buying a home is more than finding a property you love. It is about making informed decisions, understanding the details, and having someone in your corner from the first conversation through closing. As your buyer representative, I provide personalized guidance, local market insight, and a clear strategy built around your goals.

A Partnership Built Around Your Goals

Buyer representation means I work with you to help you navigate the homebuying process with clarity and confidence. Before we begin touring homes, we will talk about your goals, timeline, preferred areas, financing readiness, and the type of support you need.

My role is to help you evaluate homes, understand the market, create a strong offer strategy, communicate with the other parties involved, and stay organized through inspections, escrow, and closing.

More than opening doors

Personalized Search Strategy

We begin with what matters most to you—your lifestyle, budget comfort, timing, preferred locations, home style, and must-haves—so your search stays focused.

Local Market Guidance

I help you compare Inland Empire communities, evaluate homes in context, and understand what may affect value, competition, and your day-to-day lifestyle.

Private Tours and Property Review

I coordinate showings, help you look beyond surface-level features, and guide you on questions to ask as you compare each home.

Offer Strategy and Negotiation

When you are ready to move forward, I help you evaluate pricing, terms, timelines, contingencies, and seller priorities so we can create an offer that supports your goals.

Inspections and Disclosures

I help you stay organized as you review property disclosures, coordinate inspections, understand deadlines, and identify questions for the appropriate professionals.

Escrow Through Closing

From accepted offer to final walk-through and keys, I help keep communication clear and the process moving forward.

A Clear Plan Before We Start Touring

The best home search begins with a conversation—not a weekend of random showings. During your Buyer Strategy Session, we will discuss where you are now, where you want to go, and the steps that will help you get there.

1

Start With a Strategy Session

We discuss your goals, timeline, preferred areas, must-haves, and questions.

2

Prepare for Your Search

If needed, I connect you with a trusted mortgage professional so you can understand your purchasing power and begin the pre-approval process.

3

Tour With Purpose

We create a focused search, review homes, and compare options based on your priorities—not just what looks good online.

4

Move Forward With a Plan

When the right home appears, we review the property, create an offer strategy, and move through escrow with clear next steps.

Buyer Representation Agreement

Clear Expectations Before We Begin

Before touring homes together, we will review a written buyer representation agreement. This agreement explains how we will work together, the services I will provide, the length of our working relationship, and how compensation will be handled.

You will have an opportunity to ask questions before signing. My goal is for you to feel informed, comfortable, and clear about the support you will receive.

California law requires a buyer-broker representation agreement as soon as practicable and no later than execution of the buyer’s offer. Under MLS-related rules, a signed agreement may also be required before an in-person or live virtual property tour. California agreements must address compensation, services, when compensation is due, and an expiration date; current rules limit most agreements to no more than three months. The specific agreement and timing will be discussed based on your situation and in accordance with current California law, MLS rules, and brokerage policy.

A Transparent Conversation About Compensation

Compensation for buyer representation is negotiable and will be discussed clearly before we begin working together. The written agreement will explain the agreed-upon compensation, when it may be due, and how any seller-paid or other contributions may be addressed as part of an offer.

My goal is to make sure you understand the arrangement and have the information you need to make informed decisions.

A Great Partnership Goes Both Ways

The best results come from clear communication and a shared plan. I ask that you keep me informed about changes to your timeline, budget, goals, or financing; share honest feedback as we tour homes; and bring questions forward early so we can address them together.

  • Be open about your goals, budget comfort, and timeline.
  • Keep me updated about financing or life changes that may affect your search.
  • Communicate questions and feedback so we can make confident decisions together.
